If you’ve spent anytime at all reading my blog, it should be abundantly clear that I am a non-partisan political pundit (and I use the word “pundit” VERY loosely LOL). I am amazed by emails from people calling me “leftist” or “Democrat”. For the record, I think this presidency has done an equally mediocre job in comparison to the last 10 (save maybe Bush Jr, who completely butt-fucked us).
Over the past 10 years, I’ve seen a complete shift of individual thought to mob-mentality akin to Shakespeare’s Caesar (the fickle character of the Roman people). The danger of partisan politics is America’s affinity to believe that if one side is wrong, the other MUST be right. Based on principles of basic logic, this is ridiculous.
The left (Democrats/liberals) claim that Fox news is the extremist lap dog of the GOP (Republicans/conservatives) spreading hate and fear. The right claim that MSNBC and CNN are in bed with the liberals and pushing socialist propaganda. My point is, that it doesn’t matter which of these is accurate. The media and politicians are controlling you by forcing you to “pick a side”. It’s a standard “Wag the Dog” scenario, and they’ve been doing it for years.
As an American you have more than red or blue options.
I heard some angry protester on the news a few nights back screaming about “a revolution, overthrowing the socialist government and putting things right“. People, let me assure you that we are far from able to pull something like this off. The average American is bought and paid for by their political party and their religion. They are filled with anger, hate, and propaganda. To think that some Jose the plumber, or Ann the seamstress in this country has the where-with-all to put together anything even similar to a national revolution is a complete farce. This is actually a good thing: If revolution was to occur, imagine what kind of psychopathic idiot would be at the helm (red vs blue).
I implore you America. Stop watching political opinion shows and think for yourself.

I have absolutely no fear about that title. Even beyond my clearly atheist beliefs, if guys like the current Pope go to heaven, I’d rather be in hell.
Since we were kids, there have been literally hundreds, if not thousands, of stories about the Catholic church and the Vatican covering up the sexual exploitation, rape, and abuse of children seeking help, aid, or shelter from “the house of God”. The Catholic church is poisoning your minds, controlling your money, and raping your children. . Someone please, burn this mess to the ground.
Oh, and to the Pope:
“Go fuck yourself“. Protecting these priests who abuse children makes you equally guilty of the crimes. You’ll surely burn in the hell your religion made up.

As painful as it is to realize, I live in one of the “Douchiest States of America”. According to Manolith.com (clearly an expert on douchbaggery), Florida ranks high in the douche-per-capita ratings. Well, I guess we had it coming with all of the sunshine and tanning salons… God help us all.

I’ve been repeating it for years: “If you outlaw guns, only outlaws will have guns”. It’s the “unofficial” mantra of the National Rifle Association, and I couldn’t agree more. It is, quite possibly the only point I agree on with the right.
“Both sides do agree on one thing: More Americans than ever are carrying hidden guns.”
…
“The highest gun homicide rate is in Washington, D.C., which has had the nation’s strictest gun-control laws for years and bans concealed carry: 20.50 deaths per 100,000 population, five times the general rate. The lowest rate, 1.12, is in Utah, which has such a liberal concealed weapons policy that most American adults can get a permit to carry a gun in Utah without even visiting the state.”

On a normal day, that title would be a metaphor, or a joke. But not today.
Seriously… This photo was taken by me not an hour ago on US 192 near Celebration. WTF?!
Try and fathom the insurance on this setup.

Those of you who know me, know that I’m not left or right leaning. In fact, I like to think that I hate both sides of the American parties equally.
That being said, this image is still pretty funny (click it!).

As my blog traffic goes up, apparently, so does US-citizen pessimism. I can only hope they’re directly related. LOL
“In phone interviews with 1,000 adults, Xavier University found that a clear majority of Americans feel that things are much worse off now than they were a generation ago, and that they will only continue to decline.“

I’d like to take a moment and talk about the phenomenon that’s taken hold of your precious little boys.
“Emo” started out innocently enough like all teen fads: Some bad music, some stupid graphic T-Shirts, and some stupid haircuts. But now we’ve crossed the boundary into sexual ambiguity.
Take a look at this kid. Yeah, that’s a boy; and he’s not gay. He’s fucking your daughter, and he’s wearing her pants. Maybe I’ve missed the point. Maybe evolution is going to give everyone the same sexual organs and man vs woman will no longer exist. Maybe some day we’ll all look back at this and laugh about how hung up we were on sexuality and separating male from female. But I really don’t think so…

I’m not even going to comment on this article… I won’t say I TOLD YOU SO, or SEE?! Just go and read it.

Movie theaters in the early 30′s echoed with the sounds of Price’s famous quote:
“I’ve created a monster!”
- (Frankenstein, 1931)
And now, history has come full circle as we hear the same cry coming from the right side of congress.
“Some Tea Partiers say they can pinpoint the precise moment when they made it clear to the Republican Party they had no intention of being its lapdog.”
Oh, finally! Hysterical irony and reap-sow commentary will replace tired political rhetoric for a short while. Anyone want to take bets on weather this story will be covered on Faux News? We can all rejoice in the reminder that sometimes, fact is far stranger, and more entertaining, than fiction.
I can’t WAIT to watch Jon Stewart tonight.
